The GISTOOL-100 is an advanced glove integrity tester delivering 100 μm minimum detection aperture as standard — the highest sensitivity in the GISTOOL series. Built for pharmaceutical cleanrooms and isolator environments requiring the tightest leak detection thresholds, it is fully compliant with ISO 14644-7 Annex E.5 and EU GMP Annex 1.
Maximum Detection Sensitivity
100 μm detection capability comes standard — no optional upgrade needed. With ±0.2% F.S. sensor accuracy and 0.1 Pa pressure resolution, the GISTOOL-100 meets the most demanding validation requirements in aseptic manufacturing.
Portable & Cable-Free
Built-in lithium battery and air pump for fully independent operation. At just 1.6 kg — lighter than the GISTOOL-50 — it's designed for extended use across multiple cleanroom zones. 4+ hours continuous runtime with externally replaceable battery.
Patented Quick-Release Flange
Same patented tool-free adapter system as the GISTOOL-50. Custom flange sizing for all major isolator brands, changeover in seconds.
Extended Communication
WiFi connectivity standard, with optional LoRa long-range communication for facilities where WiFi coverage is limited or unreliable. Ideal for large-scale plants with multiple buildings or floors.
Built-in Filtration
