The GISTOOL-50 is a portable glove integrity tester designed for isolator glove and RTP leak detection in aseptic manufacturing and cleanroom environments. Using the pressure decay method, it delivers repeatable results with ±0.2% F.S. accuracy and a minimum detection aperture of 200 μm (100 μm optional) — fully compliant with ISO 14644-7 Annex E.5 and EU GMP Annex 1.

Portable & Cable-Free

Built-in high-performance lithium battery and air pump — no external power or air supply needed. At 1.8 kg with 4+ hours of continuous runtime, the GISTOOL-50 operates independently in any cleanroom setting. Battery is externally replaceable for zero downtime.

Patented Quick-Release Flange

Tool-free glove port adapter changeover in seconds. Custom flange sizing available to match all major isolator brands — no modification to your existing setup required.

Flexible Operation Modes

Run as a standalone unit for single-point testing, or connect unlimited devices via wireless group control for centralized fleet management across multiple facilities. RFID identification enables automatic device networking and real-time status monitoring.
