The HIVE Hornet S1.2 is a hydrogen peroxide vapor generator designed for biological decontamination in pharmaceutical cleanrooms, biosafety laboratories, animal facilities, and aseptic filling environments. Field-proven since 2021 and continuously refined through multiple iterations.
Distributed Peer Architecture — Every Unit Is a Master
Unlike traditional "central master + peripheral follower" designs, every Hornet S1.2 unit has full, independent decontamination capability. Units operate standalone or wirelessly coordinate with others — no single point of failure. Scale flexibly with 1 master + up to 8 followers to cover spaces from 150 m³ to over 1,200 m³. Powered by Siemens S7-1200 Series industrial PLC for reliable process control.
Integrated Airflow — No External Fans Required
The vaporization chamber and airflow system are unified in the middle module. The built-in 385 CFM (10.9 m³/min) integrated fan disperses H₂O₂ vapor directly into the environment — no external fans, no extra equipment footprint. After integrated fan mixing, output airflow approaches ambient temperature, eliminating thermal impact on heat-sensitive materials.
Open Solution Compatibility — No Vendor Lock-In
Compatible with any commercially available H₂O₂ solution at ≥30% concentration. No proprietary consumables, no mandatory supplier. You control your long-term operating costs.
Three-Module Design
- Top — Control: Touchscreen master unit with WiFi module, local and remote tablet control
- Middle — Generation: Flash evaporation with integrated fan dispersion, max 7 mL/min injection rate (dynamically adjusted)
- Bottom — Storage: Aluminum alloy enclosure with advanced sealing for safe H₂O₂ solution storage
