● The customer provides a floor plan (room area and floor height, which is used to calculate the purification volume and design the preliminary purification plan) and the professional engineer analyzes and makes the plan.


● Confirm the actual on-site environmental parameters, room and equipment layout, ventilation and air-conditioning system and other conditions, refine the purification service plan according to the on-site environmental conditions and confirm the plan with the customer.


● After the plan is confirmed, the engineer team arrives at the customer's site with professional equipment and necessary items, first checks the on-site environment, and then wears a series of protective equipment such as designated protective clothing and degradation masks to enter the on-site environment, so as to arrange the location of the vaporized hydrogen peroxide generator equipment, biological indicators, and chemical indicator cards according to the plan (mark the BI with a permanent marker, and place the BI at the corner of the wall/ceiling junction at a high place, and the farthest place from the vaporized hydrogen peroxide generator).


● After the layout is completed, check whether the on-site environment has been deployed to confirm whether the equipment is energized, whether the air conditioning system is all turned off, and whether the solution is in place.

● After the fumigation is completed, the on-site service engineer wears protective clothing, head covering, degradable mask, mask, gloves, etc., enters the on-site environment, and quickly carries the designated route of the equipment to leave the room according to the specific division of labor, and the designated person collects the biological indicator and chemical indicator card, and the designated person puts the sterile tablets in the biological indicator into the culture medium, and hands it over to the customer through the transfer window to put it into the incubator (58 °C±2°C), at the end of the culture, the results of the medium will be interrogated, and a bio-decontamination report (with parameter data in the bio-decontamination process will be issued) by the designated on-site service personnel.

Hydrogen peroxide liquid is vaporized into hydrogen peroxide gas through high-temperature flash evaporation, and is sprayed into the sterilization space by high-speed airflow, when the high-temperature saturated hydrogen peroxide base vapor touches the colder surface of the disinfected item, it will form invisible micro-condensation, and attack pathogenic microorganisms (damage cell membranes, lipids, proteins and DNA) through the release of strong oxidizing free radicals (hydroxyl groups), free radicals can achieve a rapid killing effect of |G6 on microorganisms, and after sterilization is completed, The vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization equipment automatically breaks down the hydrogen peroxide molecules in the environment into water vapor and oxygen, and when the hydrogen peroxide concentration in the space drops below 1ppm, personnel can re-enter the clean area.
