(7) Non-destructive to the equipment: atomization sterilization is easy to make the equipment have condensation points, corrode the equipment in the room and shorten the life of the equipment, and vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization due to the improvement of pressure and temperature conditions, so that the operating life and maintenance cycle of the equipment in the room are extended.
